SALISBURY, MD – A man accused of sexually assaulting two minors appeared in the Wicomico County Circuit Courthouse on Thursday for a pre-trial conference.

41-year-old Allan Scarborough of Parsonsburg has been charged with a total of 33 charges, including multiple counts each of sex abuse of a minor, second degree sex offense, and third degree sex offense.

According to court documents, the alleged incidents took place between July of 2010 and April of 2014. Scarborough is accused of sexually assaulting the victims on multiple occasions and reportedly threatened to kill one of the victims if she told anyone about it.

The victims were between the ages of 8 and 10 at the time the alleged incidents took place.

During the conference, the state offered a plea deal of 90 years suspected with all but 50 suspended, however that was rejected. Scarborough’s trial date is set for February 11th.
